Where is your store located?
We are an e-commerce store. Our office is located in Clifton, Karachi. We offer pickups during our working hours, which are Monday to Friday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM. We are closed on all public holidays.

What are the Delivery Charges?
We offer same-day delivery for Karachi only. Orders placed after 4 pm will be delivered the next day.
Orders outside of Karachi may take up to 3-5 business days to deliver, from the time the order has been confirmed.
Please make sure that your complete address and active mobile number is included with the order to ensure you receive the delivery on time. Incomplete information may result in delay or cancellation of order.
